USAL launches for the first time a diploma course in “Customs, Tax and Economic Criminal Litigation”

For the first time, the University of Salvador (USAL) will offer in 2023 a Higher University Diploma in “Customs, Tax and Economic Criminal LitigationThe academic proposal seeks to train professionals who have a general but essentially practical vision of the different aspects of customs and tax litigation, being able to make useful comparisons between all of them and interrelate them.

La admission The diploma requires a university degree (a copy of your university degree and ID must be submitted). The course is aimed at professionals who work in the public sector (AFIP – DGA, AFIP – DGI, National Tax Court, Judicial Branch, etc.) and in the private sector linked to this type of litigation.

El Curriculum will consist of the following subjects: “State Liability for Customs Damages and Infringements”, “Customs Procedures and Their Review (Appeal to the Tax Court, Contentious Claim (Customs). Appeals)”, “Tax Infringements. Tax Procedure in CABA and Province of Buenos Aires” and “Tax Procedures and Their Review. Appeal to the Tax Court, Contentious Claim (Tax). Appeals. Customs and Tax Crimes. Procedure”.

The training will have the steer axle truck by Guillemo Michel, Christian González Palazzo and Pablo Sebastián Borgna; and will be taught under the direction of coordination by Diego Andrejin and Juan Pablo Rizzi.

Customs and tax law specialists will be in charge of the teaching, such as Juan Bernabe Araoz, Carlos E. Barreira, Marina Benarroch, Constanza Burgueño Ibarguren, Raul Bustos Cara, Alejandro Catamia, Guillermo Felipe Coronel, Silvina Coronello, Juan Patricio Cotter, Eduardo Cuello, Fernando Diez, Pablo A. Garbarino, Catalina Garcia Vizcaino, and Daniel Gustavo Gonzalez.

In addition, Carmen Lavalle, Miguel Nathan Licht, Marcelo F. Lista, Robertino Lopetegui, Flavio Lowenrossen, Patricio Maraniello, Claudia Marinelli, Marcelo Fabián Mignone, Gisela V. Montenegro, María Belén Murillo, Agustina O'Donell, Pedro A. Parra and Pablo Porporato.
