The Congress is organized by the American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA) and the National Port Administration of Uruguay (ANP).It will take place at the Conrad Punta del Este Hotel.
During its four days, officials and prestigious experts from the maritime industry from Spain, Great Britain, Panama, Belgium, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, Brazil, the United States, among others, will attend, who will present on the latest port developments and projects in the face of the dilemma of the new world order.
