The national government decided to suspend this Sunday (13.03.2022/XNUMX/XNUMX) the Registry of Foreign Sales Declarations (DJVE) for exports of soybean flour and oil, among other tariff items of the oilseed, according to the Undersecretariat of Agricultural Markets.
The Undersecretary, which reports to the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, informed the export sector today that “from this date and until further notice, the Registry of Sworn Declarations of Foreign Sales involving exports of the following tariff items will be suspended for all purposes.”
The products identified with tariff items NCM 1507-10-00 and NCM 1507-90-19 (soybean oil in bulk and in 200-liter drums) and NCM 2304-00-10, (Pellets and soybean flour, «Pellets», extraction flour and «Pellets», cake flour) NCM 2304-00-90, (Residues and waste from the food industry, animal feed. Cakes and other solid residues from the extraction of soybean oil, ground or in pellets), include the exports that are suspended.
The statement, signed by the Undersecretary of Agricultural Markets, Javier Preciado Patiño, states that the measure was taken "in accordance with the terms of article 18 of resolution 2019-128" issued on November 14, 2019 by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries.
