The National Government published this Friday (12.07.2024) the Decree No. 608/24 which regulates matters relating to Moratorium, Money Laundering, Personal Assets and the Special Regime of Income on Personal Assets, which was approved by Law 27.743 on Fiscal and Palliative Measures.
After the ordination, the AFIP announced that it is working as a team with other Organizations (CNV, BCRA), for the start of this tax regularization measure.
And this is done "in order to issue general resolutions and make the corresponding applications available, starting from the next Wednesday, July 17th," the entity stressed in a statement.
