Once again, the General Directorate of Customs resolved queries regarding tariff classification of certain goods, within the framework of the powers conferred by articles 4 and 7 of Decree No. 618 of July 10, 1997, its amendments and its supplements, and by virtue of the delegation made to this General Directorate by Provision No. 204 (AFIP) of August 2, 2017.
This was announced by General Resolution 5136/2022, published this Monday (24.01.2022/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette, whose annex details the merchandise and respective tariff classifications.
This regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
