The National Customs Directorate proceeded to grant the extension requested by the Barranqueras Customs for the operation of the Customs Operational Zone "President Roque Sáenz Peña"”, which has already been granted by Resolution 34/2019.
This is established by the Resolution 14 / 2020, published this Friday (30.101.2020/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette, whose recitals explain that "from the reports in the file it is clear that the second and final stage of the works, planned by the Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade and Defense of Competition -MP I.y E.- of the Province of Chaco, has been completed, therefore, the start of the procedures for its authorization as a primary customs zone is pending."
In addition, the text details that "it has been considered appropriate to keep it enabled for a new term of one hundred and eighty (180) days, so that the competent areas can verify compliance with all the necessary aspects for its delimitation as a primary customs zone.
In this regard, the regulations determined in its article 1 the provisional extension of the Customs Operational Zone "Presidente Roque Sáenz Peña" in the jurisdiction of the Barranqueras Customs, located on the four (4) hectare property, identified as Parcel 180 of the Industrial Park of said town, for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days," in accordance with the provisions of the recitals of this resolution.
