The Federal Public Revenue Administration has decided to revoke the reference export values applied to different agricultural production sectors.
This is established by the General Resolution 5530/2024, published this Monday (22.07.2024/XNUMX/XNUMX), whose text considers it necessary to “repeal the General Resolutions Nos. 4.764, 4.880, 4.943, 4.969, 4.974, 5.072, 5.152, 5.230, 5.256, 5.269 and 5.363 and partially repeal the General Resolution No. 5.268, with respect to the reference values established for blanched peanuts, in immediate packaging with a net content greater than 2 kg, classifiable in Tariff Position NCM 1202.42.00”.
In turn, the AFIP provides that such definitive export destinations for consumption must be processed through the corresponding selectivity channels, in accordance with the procedure established in General Resolution No. 1.921, its amendments and supplements.
In this sense, the export destinations of these goods not affected by the reference value regime will no longer be required to submit the value for analysis through the red channel. This was required when the declared value was lower or higher than the reference value.
However, the aforementioned destinations may be selected, based on the risk and/or inspection analysis and at the request of the different areas, to be subject to value control, in which case they will be sent through the Red Channel for analysis.
