Procedure for simplified export regime approved

The Ministry of Productive Development approved the Procedure for registration and use of the Simplified Export Regime called Exporta Simple, through the Resolution 699 / 2021 of the Secretariat of Industry, published this Tuesday (02.11.2021) in the Official Gazette.

Exporta Simple is a regime created in 2017 with the aim of facilitating small-value export operations, for commercial purposes, through postal service providers.

Registration

The resolution established that in order to access the regime, the user must Register the Exporta Simple service on the website of the Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP).

Once this service has been activated, the user must enter the Exporta Simple portal of the website (www.argentina.gob.ar/produccion/exportar/exportasimple) and register with your Unique Tax Identification Code (CUIT) and your Tax Code.

Operations Register

For the purposes of recording operations, the user must Upload, once only, the data of each client and the goods to be exported, which can be updated when required.

The user must make the quote for the merchandise to be exported and select the Logistics Operator of the Simple Export Regime (OLES) that is most convenient for you.

Once the OLES through which the merchandise will be exported has been selected, The user will preview the Simplified Export Document (DES) according to the data uploaded.

If the previewed DES is correct, the web system will allow you to generate the document and send a copy of it to the OLES selected, as well as to the AFIP, assigning a unique code that will allow the identification of all documents linked to that operation.

Then, the user will make the respective export invoice, on the AFIP website.

Likewise, once the DES and the export invoice have been received, the OLES will proceed to register the respective export destination simplified (ECSI) on behalf of and at the request of the users of the system, andIn the Malvinas Information System (SIM).

All of this will be carried out in accordance with the regulations established by the AFIP for such purposes.

The size maximum allowed, of the packages to be exported, will be published on the portal Export Simple.

Logistics Operators

For its part, the OLES must issue the invoice for your logistics service, according to the value of the quote issued on the portal, and upload it to the portal.

In the event of additional charges or charges not included in the quote referred to, the user must be informed prior to closing the transaction.

You will also have to transfer to users the sums received in the form of export refunds, within 10 business days from the effective payment by the AFIP, deducting from said sums the taxes that correspond by law.

In the event of any failure by the OLES to comply with the established obligations, it may be disqualified for the exclusive purposes of the Simple Export Regime, for a period of up to one year.

Likewise, any infringement or non-compliance found will be notified to the competent authorities in the matter.
