La Joint General Resolution 5351/2023 AFIP and the Ministry of Commerce established new deadlines for payments of services abroad.
"Starting this April 27th, the sworn statements approved in the Argentine Republic Import System and Payments for Services Abroad (SIRASE) only will be valid for 90 consecutive days from the date on which it acquired that status," states the regulations published today in the Official Gazette.
The official text recalls that SIRASE (created by Joint General Resolution No. 5.271/2022) aims to analyze compliance with tax duties and the financial economic capacity of those who intend to make a payment abroad for services provided.
