At the ministerial meeting, held virtually, the resolution supporting the Creation of a repository for supporting documents for the advance declaration of goods (DUCA-F) for Guatemala and HondurasThis provision was communicated by the technical and administrative body of the Central American Economic Integration Process through the social network Twitter.
It was also resolved that lSIECA will provide IT support to customs authorities to collect and store the supporting documents of the DUCA-F that are transmitted in advance in trade between both countries.
It should be clarified that the Electronic transmission of the advance declaration of goods originating and not originating in Central America It is already in force at the integrated border post of Corinto, between Guatemala and Honduras, promoting the free movement of goods and facilitating trade in the region.
