The General Directorate of Customs communicated this Friday (04.03.2022/XNUMX/XNUMX) the response to the request for tariff classification of certain merchandise in the Common Nomenclature of MERCOSUR (NCM), through the General Resolution 5159/2022.
The portfolio indicated that, within the framework of the powers conferred by Decree No. 618/1997 and Provision No. 204/2017, it issued specific technical guidelines for merchandise and respective tariff classifications, detailed in the following annex:
This general resolution enters into force today, the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
