The National Customs Directorate (DGA) resolved new queries on technical guidelines, defined at a regional level, for tariff classification of certain goods, through the General Resolution 5175/2022.
The regulation, published this Monday (28.03.2022/618/1997) in the Official Gazette, indicated that the DGA's technical guidelines for specific merchandise and respective tariff classifications were issued within the framework of the powers conferred by Decree No. 204/2017 and Provision No. XNUMX/XNUMX.
In this regard, the new tariff classification opinions are detailed in the following annex:
It should be noted that the opinions of the same are technical documents that contain the detailed description of the physical and technical characteristics, as well as the type and nature of the goods, providing a common customs language. In this way, it constitutes an ideal tool for facilitating the international logistics chain.
