Government regulated the regularization plan for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises which was established within the framework of the Law of Solidarity and Economic Reactivation, through the General resolution 4667/2020.

The measures, published this Friday (31.01.2020/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette, had been announced by the head of the AFIP, Mercedes Marcó del Pont and the Minister of Productive Development, Matías Kulfas.

In this context, the regime of regularization of tax obligations, social security resources and customs expired by November 30, 2019, will apply to taxpayers who obtain the “MiPyME Certificate” between February 17 and April 30, 2020, as well as for non-profit civil entities. There are incentives for those who join as early as possible, through a lower down payment and a higher level of dues.

The moratorium was part of the Solidarity and Economic Reactivation Law enacted on December 23, but its regulation was still pending. The details were published today in the respective general resolution.
