The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) made official this Thursday (23.06.2022/XNUMX/XNUMX) the appointment of Guillermo Michel as the new head of the General Directorate of Customs (DGA), following the departure of Silvia Brunilda Traverso.
The appointment of the lawyer and public accountant was formalized through the Provision 117/2022; also in the regulations published today in the Official Gazette, the resignation of the previous official who is leaving her position at the DGA was accepted.
In the resolution, the AFIP thanks Traverso for “the valuable services provided in the performance of his duties.”
Guillermo Michel assumes his new role after serving as advisor to the president of the Chamber of Deputies of the Nation.
