The National Executive Branch has ordered a New extension of the provisions contained in the previous Decree 99/2019 regarding the Statistical Rate for import operations; within the framework of Law 27.541.
This is established by Decree 1057,2020, published on Thursday (31.12.2020/XNUMX/XNUMX), the text of which indicates the extension until December 31, 2021 with respect to the provisions contained in articles 20, 22 and 23 of Decree No. 99 of December 27, 2019.

Consequently, this remains in force until the end of 2021, with the exception of those imports that are covered by some exception.
