The national government has established measures for the importation of works of art for the 32nd Contemporary Art Fair “arteBA.2023”, which will take place between August 30 and September 9, 2023 at the Costa Salguero Center in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
He did it through the Resolution 5396 / 2023, published this Tuesday (01.08.2023/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette, whose text indicates that the merchandise that enters for this purpose will do so within the framework of Temporary Import Suspension Regime, in accordance with the terms of article 252 of the Customs Code - Law No. 22.415 and its amendments - and of section b), paragraph 1 of article 31 of Decree No. 1.001 of May 21, 1982 and its amendments, granting an authorization period of sixty (60) days.

This measure is effective immediately until September 17, 2023, inclusive.
