On this occasion, the Argentine lawyers referred to 2 of the 6 volumes that will make up the complete work, highlighting the eBook version, with extensive doctrine and jurisprudence, plus a compendium of the most relevant rulings in full form.
They reported that, this year 2023, the finished volumes are referred to ““Taxes and Incentives” (Volume IV) and«Customs Procedures» (Volume VI)
As the authors have pointed out, this is a work that also represents a tribute to those who have been the codifiers and also to the entire group of most outstanding professionals in this branch of law, seeking to reach "young" professionals in the field of foreign trade and customs law.
In almost 1.000 pages distributed in the sections, titles and chapters provided by Law 22.415, each volume, the work published by Editorial Servicop, attempts to be a contribution to the systematic study of the subject.
