The Secretariat for Central American Economic Integration (SIECA), with the support of the European Union (EU), invites you to participate in the application process to be part of the Regional Diploma, a 100% virtual training course.
The diploma is aimed at people throughout the Central American region.
The requirements for the application are:
- Possess a university degree at the bachelor's level or higher in law, economics, customs administration, business administration, international relations, foreign trade or related fields.
- Have at least three (3) years of work experience in the public, private or academic sector in activities related to foreign trade or Central American economic integration, regional transportation, international trade logistics, customs management or foreign trade.
- Employment certificates must be presented.

Classes will begin on February 15, 2021, and will be held virtually and will last five months.
This course is part of the Central American Regional Economic Integration Project (INTEC) and will be implemented by the Center for Economic Integration Studies (CEIE) of SIECA in partnership with the Da Vinci University of Guatemala and the Institute of International Studies of the University of Chile.
