The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) established a payment facility plan for producers, packers, meatpackers, marketers and industrializers from the pear and apple production chain Neuquen, Rio Negro, Mendoza, San Juan and La Pampa.
The decision was made based on the law that declared, for one year, an economic, productive, financial and social emergency in those provinces.
What are the types of plans?
The measure, arranged by the General Resolution No. 4260 Published this Wednesday (6.6.2018) in the Official Gazette, it covers tax obligations (except withholdings and collections), contributions to Social Security, self-employed workers and Monotributistas.
The payment plan includes 90 or 60 installments, depending on the billing amounts for 2016. Each installment will be at least $1.000 per month and the effective financing rate will be 1% per month.
How can I access the plan?
To access the payment plan, beneficiaries must have an Electronic Tax Address (DFE); have submitted the sworn declarations determining tax obligations and social security resources and have the Uniform Banking Code (CBU) of the current account or savings account from which the monthly fee will be debited.
Adherence to the plans must be done from the AFIP website, within the system “My Facilities”, option “Economic Emergency Plan for the Pear and Apple Production Chain”.
Term
