AFIP authorizes provisional customs operations in the port of Concepción del Uruguay

The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) proceeded to process a request for the creation of a customs operational zone, on docks 3 and 4 of the port of Concepción del Uruguay, through the Resolution 21 / 2020.

The regulations, published this Tuesday (01.12.2020) in the Official Gazette, indicate that from the analyses carried out by the implementing authority, "it has been resolved to grant the provisional authorization of the Customs operational zone at docks 3 and 4 of the port of Concepción del Uruguay, located on the Itapé Creek, at km 187,1 of the Uruguay River, in the city of Concepción del Uruguay, Entre Ríos Province, jurisdiction of the Concepción del Uruguay Customs Division, for carrying out operations subject to customs control."

In this way, the customs territory of the most important port on the Uruguay River is authorized to carry out import and export operations of various products and with different types of cargo.
