The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) made official the winter tax holiday that will extend between July 18 and 29, both inclusive.
According to General Resolution 5223/2022, published this Monday (04.07.2022/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette, during the extension of this procedural period in tax, customs and social security matters, the calculation of the deadlines that govern the response of taxpayers to the requests of the agency are suspended.
The measure covers ex officio determinations, investigations, fines, discharges, closures, among others.
