Customs sets reference values ​​for refined lead

The General Directorate of Customs (DGA) established the reference export values ​​for refined lead, through the General Resolution 5127/2021.

The regulation, published this Wednesday (29.12.2021) in the Official Gazette, explained “That said control is aimed at improving the selectivity system in terms of value, in order to detect deviations from the usual values ​​for identical or similar merchandise.”

The general resolution defined new reference values ​​for the aforementioned merchandise, and the export destinations for which the regulations apply are Canada, the United States, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Barbados, Costa Rica and Cuba. Also the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Jamaica and Mexico.

Reference values ​​are an instrument re-established by the DGA as part of its foreign trade inspection and control strategy.
