The General Directorate of Customs (DGA), an agency dependent on the Federal Administration of Public Revenue (AFIP), arranged an extension for 60 consecutive days, for one time only and exceptionally, the deadline for compliance with the requirements owed by permit holders for the authorization of tax warehouses.
The new deadline does not apply to those cases of processing extensions that have already been granted by the competent authority.
The measure, requested by the Chamber of Private Fiscal Deposits (Cadefp), came into force this Tuesday (02.05.2023/XNUMX/XNUMX), from the publication in the Official Gazette of the General Resolution No. 5353/2023.
