The General Directorate of Customs proceeded to communicate new tariff classification lists for certain goods, within the framework of the powers conferred by articles 4 and 7 of Decree No. 618 of July 10, 1997, its amendments and its supplements, and by virtue of the delegation made to that General Directorate by Provision No. 204 (AFIP) of August 2, 2017.
This is established by the General Resolution 4929/2021 of the Federal Public Revenue Administration, published this Tuesday (09.02.2021/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette. Its Annex details the Tariff Positions of the Common Nomenclature of MERCOSUR (NCM), corresponding to the goods indicated.
The General Resolution enters into force immediately.
