Customs issues complementary regulation on reference value of powdered milk

The General Directorate of Customs (DGA) proceeded to determine new parameters on the reference values ​​for the export of powdered milk, through the General Resolution 5215/2022.

The regulation, published this Thursday (30.06.2022) in the Official Gazette, states in its recitals that it aims to control the selectivity system in terms of value, in order to detect deviations from values ​​that are usual for identical merchandise.

He added that based on previous studies carried out, it is advisable to establish reference values ​​for the goods covered by the standard.

For this reason, and within the framework of the legal powers of the DGA, this General Resolution is issued.

Thus, and since this is a complementary rule, the resolution expressly provides:

“ARTICLE 1°.- Establish the reference export values ​​of the goods indicated in the Annex I (IF-2022-01063091-AFIP-DVCADUDICEOA#DGADUA) to the countries listed in Annex II (IF-2022-01063118-AFIP-DVCADUDICEOA#DGADUA), both of this general resolution.

“ARTICLE 2°.- To revoke the reference export values ​​indicated in the Annex III (IF-2022-01063145-AFIP-DVCADUDICEOA#DGADUA)”.

The resolution of this rule will be applicable from the second administrative business day, inclusive, after its publication in the Official Gazette.
