The General Directorate of Customs, through the General Resolution 5255/2022, communicated the resolution of tariff classification in the Common Nomenclature of MERCOSUR (NCM).
The regulations, published this Friday (02.09.2022) in the Official Gazette, indicated that such technical guidelines for the specific goods and the respective tariff classifications were issued within the framework of the powers conferred to the DGA by Decree No. 618/1997 and Provision No. 204/2017.
