Having seen the files: Jurado Golf SA v. EN DGA resol. 433/07 (ADEZ) v. General Directorate of Customs.

Considering:

That the issues raised have been adequately considered in the opinion of the Attorney General, the grounds for which are shared by the Court, and which should be referred to for the sake of brevity. Therefore, in accordance with the opinion of the Attorney General, the extraordinary appeal is formally declared admissible and the judgment is reversed. With costs. Notify and return so that the court of origin, by whomever is appropriate, may issue a new judgment in accordance with the decision herein.
