In an increasingly interconnected world, simplifying, harmonizing, and automating foreign trade procedures is not only an advantage, but a necessity to boost efficiency and strengthen regional economic integration. Furthermore, reducing bureaucracy and the use of paper in international transactions accelerates business and facilitates the flow of trade. Therefore, the UN/CEFACT recommendations are presented as a tool to modernize Single Windows for Foreign Trade, transforming the way we do trade.

In order to delve deeper into these guidelines, the next June 18 the webinar entitled will be held UN/CEFACT Recommendations for TradeThis event, which will take place in Spanish, It will be specifically focused on such guidelines for the implementation and improvement of Single Windows for Foreign Trade.

El second event organized by the Trade and Compliance Institute for Trade Facilitation, Electronic Business, and Sustainability (TCI) will have a panel of professionals composed of:

  • Eilyn Fallas Padilla (PROCOMER, Project Manager)
  • Alejandro Rinaldi (TCI, Coordinator of the Single Windows Working Group)
  • Eduardo Leite (TCI and UN/CEFACT, Regional Rapporteur for Latin America and the Caribbean)
