The National Government decided to apply the “Customs Credit Provision Request” to the “Customs Current Account” to pay off fiscal obligations of a social security, tax or customs nature, with funds that exporters have the right to receive as export incentives.
According to General Resolution 3962, la Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) will establish the procedures that allow the amount of said stimuli to be affected to the cancellation of the aforementioned tax obligations.
The aim is to move forward in a process of continuous improvement, establishing transparent procedures and IT tools to facilitate compliance with obligations by taxpayers, as well as to encourage an increase in export operations.
The regulation published this Thursday (22.12.2016) bears the signature of Ricardo Abad.
