The authorities of the National Tax Court accepted the “Protocol for Face-to-Face Work at the National Tax Court”, through the Resolution 39 / 2020.
The publication in the Official Gazette of this Wednesday (02.09.2020) states that the document “Protocol for in-person work at the National Tax Court”, which as Annex No. IF-2020-57688000-APN-CG#TFN is part of this resolution.
The Annex makes it clear that "the protocol will be applicable once the gradual return to face-to-face work is arranged, and will be mandatory for all staff of the National Tax Court." It also clarifies that "it is subject to the guidelines and recommendations established in national and local regulations."
The document has been prepared in a coordinated manner by the Human Resources departments, the Occupational Medicine, Safety and Hygiene services and the union representatives of each jurisdiction.
