The National Tax Court is relaxing the mandatory requirement to make prior appointments for consultation and withdrawal of files at the Reception Desk, starting on August 1st.
This is established by the Resolution 60 / 2022, published this Thursday (07.07.2022) in the Official Gazette, whose text states that "Article 1 of the Agreement of September 2022, 2 of the National Tax Court is rendered ineffective as of August 22, 2021, and from that moment on the emails [email protected] and [email protected]".
The court clarified that the return to normal practice responds to the request of the Argentine Institute of Customs Studies, since the health reasons that warrant the granting of appointments to view and withdraw files have ceased.
With this measure, the autonomous body, specialized in tax and customs matters, eliminates shifts, adapting to the regulations of the National Executive Branch.
