By Decree 831/202, the National Executive Branch has decided to extend until the 31 of December of 2022 the benefit in the aliquots of automotive industry export duties (Zero Percent) in order to promote its export to new markets and improve its competitiveness.
On this matter, the regulations, published this Monday (06.12.2021) in the Official Gazette, states in its recitals "that it is deemed appropriate to create, within the scope of the Ministry of Productive Development, the Registration of Companies that Manufacture Motor Vehicles and/or Auto Parts".
This Registry will operate within the scope of the Secretariat of Industry, Knowledge Economy and Foreign Trade Management, which is dependent on the Ministry of Productive Development.
The references are detailed in Annex II of Decree No. 789 of October 4, 2020 and in the following Annex which is an integral part of this latest Decree.
