The Government reestablishes the Export Increase Program for agriculture

The national government has decided to reestablish the “Export Increase Program"for soybeans and their manufactures, through the Decree 443/2023.

In the rule, published today (05.09.2023/576/22) in the Official Gazette, reference is made to the antecedent of Decree No. XNUMX/XNUMX by which said program of effective application was created with respect to the subjects that adhere to it, voluntarily.

The recitals also state that this is an export stimulus for the aforementioned sectors and that this results in increased tax revenues through the collection of export duties as national and provincial taxes; and that to this end, it is considered appropriate to reestablish the aforementioned Program.

As a result of the need expressed in the recitals, it is determined to restore extraordinary and transitory manner, the “Export Increase Program” created by Decree No. 576 of September 4, 2022 for those subjects who have exported at any time during the eighteen (18) months immediately prior to the entry into force of this decree the merchandise whose tariff items of the Common Nomenclature of MERCOSUR (NCM) appear in Annex I of Decree No. 576/22.

The rest of The conditions are listed in 11 articles which make up the resolution part of the Decree, with the application of this measure beginning on the very day of its publication.
