The Government extends the export dollar until December 10

The national government decided to extend until the 10 of December of 2023, including the Export Increase Program (for the entire export complex), in accordance with a regime that will allow 50% to be settled at the financial exchange rate called cash with settlement (CCL).

This is established by the Decree 597 / 2023, published this Tuesday (21.11.2023/2/10) in the Official Gazette, the text of which indicates that. the equivalent of the export of the services provided included in section c) of section 22.415 of article XNUMX of Law No. XNUMX (Customs Code) and its amendments and the export of goods included in the Common Nomenclature of MERCOSUR (NCM), including the cases of pre-financing and/or post-financing of exports from abroad or an advance settlement, must be entered into the country in foreign currency and/or negotiated, 50% through the Free Exchange Market (MLC), The exporter must, for the remaining 50%, carry out purchase and sale transactions with negotiable securities acquired with settlement in foreign currency and sold with settlement in local currency.

The aforementioned exporters of goods included in the Common Nomenclature of MERCOSUR (NCM) "will make the payment of duties, taxes and other concepts under the conditions established by the applicable regulations, within the terms established by the Federal Public Revenue Administration, not exceeding said date on December 31, 2023, inclusive, corresponding to apply the respective Export Duty (DE) rate, considering the exceptional and transitory countervalue", established in the official text.
