AFIP repealed more information regimes

-

On Monday (10.06.2019) the AFIP repealed a series of information regimes to simplify compliance with taxpayers' obligations, in a strategy that will be further developed in the coming months.

By General Resolution 4502, The Agency explained that it is in the process of reviewing the different records and information regimes implemented, since the technological progress achieved allows it to have sufficient information to control the tax situation and, at the same time, reduce the administrative cost for citizens.

For this reason, the registrations of socially responsible taxpayers, mining exploration operations, related subjects whose profits are included in the third category, auctions and works of art operators, among others, were cancelled today.

Previously, the laws on the sale of exploited rural land, modelling activities and receipt of funds from abroad, among others, had been repealed.

With the widespread use of electronic invoicing and other means, it is no longer necessary to have this additional information, so this trend to reduce the aforementioned regimes will continue in the coming months.
