Chile and Paraguay completed the First round of negotiations for the deepening of the Partial Economic Complementation Agreement (ACE) No. 35 of ALADI, with the aim of incorporating new disciplines into the Free Trade Agreement, the Paraguayan Foreign Ministry reported.
