The National Government introduced changes and clarifications to the regulations of Law No. 27.506, through which the "Knowledge Economy Promotion Regime" was created.
This is established by the Provision 719/2021, published this Tuesday (28.12.2021) in the Official Gazette, in whose recital it argues that "the experience gathered since the implementation of the Regime to date, denotes the need to make some modifications to the current regulations, in order to provide greater efficiency in its operation."
To this end, it has been considered necessary to replace some regulatory standards, which, given their length, we refer to the text of the Resolution being discussed.
