This is established by the Provision 160/2020, published this Tuesday (27.10.2020/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette, whose text authorizes "the sale of the merchandise, in the condition in which it is found and displayed - with due notice and electronically - through the Banco Ciudad de Buenos Aires."
The regulations stated that "The public auction of the detailed merchandise will be carried out under electronic mode through the website of the Bank of the City of Buenos Aires https://subastas.bancociudad.com.ar/, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth therein, on the day November 05, 2020, at 12:00 pm«.
"The marketing promoted, in a public auction, will be carried out under the terms of the agreement entered into for this purpose between the AFIP and the Bank of the City of Buenos Aires," the Provision clarified.
