The regulations stated that "The public auction of the detailed merchandise will be carried out under electronic mode through the website of the Bank of the City of Buenos Aires https://subastas.bancociudad.com.ar/, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth therein, on the day November 05, 2020, at 12:00 pm«.
"The marketing promoted, in a public auction, will be carried out under the terms of the agreement entered into for this purpose between the AFIP and the Bank of the City of Buenos Aires," the Provision clarified.
