With the issuance of General Resolution 4857/2020, the Federal Public Revenue Administration, through the General Directorate of Customs, has proceeded to determine the tariff classification of the Common Nomenclature of Mercosur (NCM) of merchandise submitted for consultation, in accordance with the Annex (IF-2020-00793988-AFIP-DVDAAD#DGADUA), which is an integral part of said General Resolution.
La regulations, published this Wednesday (18.11.2020/1/20), states that with the intervention of the competent technical areas, Classification Criteria Nos. 11/20 to 1.618/XNUMX were issued and that said classification was carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for by General Resolution No. XNUMX.
Thus, the text states: "The merchandise detailed in the Annex (IF-2020-00793988-AFIP-DVDAAD#DGADUA) which is approved and forms part of this document are located in the Tariff Items of the Common Nomenclature of MERCOSUR (NCM) indicated in each case."
The general resolution, signed by the Director General of Customs, Silvia Traverso, comes into force immediately.
