AFIP: Some systems will not be available for 10 days

The AFIP reported that in order to implement the modifications in the single tax and make an adequate cut of operations, referring to the section of the Tax Amnesty that ends this Saturday (31.12.2016), Some systems will not be operational from midnight on January 10st until the XNUMXth of next month.

                                                                                  

The agency explained that in the case of Tax Disclosure, “The updates to the system are intended to ensure the proper registration of transfers from abroad, ordered up to and including December 31, 2016, and thus ensure the application of the 10% special tax rate.”

In a statement, the AFIP warned that “New registrations of assets to be disclosed cannot be made until January 10, 2017, although on those days the data entered by third parties involved such as appraisers, banks and others may be consulted.”

Regarding the Monotribute The systems will be updated with the new tables and quotas provided for in the recent legal reform, and no new memberships or recategorizations may be made from midnight on January 10st until the XNUMXth of the same month.
