The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) optimizes its operational and control capacity with a comprehensive procedure called “Electronic Control Action System” (SIACE), according to General Resolution 5364/2023 .
This measure is intended to monitor and ensure compliance with the tax, customs and social security obligations of all taxpayers, according to the regulations, published today (31.05.2023/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette.
The official text states that the SIACE will replace Electronic Supervision, established by General Resolution No. 3.416/2012.
The new AFIP control and inspection procedure will come into effect from June 1, 2023.
