The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) established a system of payment facilities for debts from tax obligations resulting from the entity's oversight activities that are under discussion before the Tax Court.
This measure is detailed in the General Resolution 4434/2019 of the AFIP published this Friday (1.3.2019). The objective is to facilitate taxpayers in fulfilling their obligations, the application, collection and supervision of which is the responsibility of the Agency, the regulations state.
The resolution signed by the Federal Administrator, Leandro Germán Cuciolli, will come into force the day after its publication.
