AFIP has a chatbot “Tina” to provide assistance to taxpayers

The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) will have from today (26.03.2024/XNUMX/XNUMX) the Chatbot Tina, the virtual assistant of the national State, so that taxpayers can carry out Consultations 24 hours a day, 365 days a yearIn this way, citizens will have a new contact channel available to access the information necessary to comply with their tax obligations.

The tool is incorporated into the afip.gob.ar website and soon to the mobile application “My AFIP”, thanks to the joint work with the Secretariat of Innovation, Science and Technology. In addition, it will be possible to schedule an appointment in WhatsApp with the number 11-3910-1010, available anytime, anywhere.

“Tina” is designed to assist users in formalities such as obtaining the CUIT and tax code, registration or deregistration of employment relationships for domestic workers, the Certificate of Transfer of Motor Vehicles (CETA) and procedures related to the flat tax, among others.

The incorporation of this new channel is another step towards modernizing the organization and deepening its closeness to taxpayers, the result of joint work between the various State agencies.
