The General Directorate of Customs resolved queries on technical guidelines, defined at a regional level, for the tariff classification of certain goods, through the General Resolution 5191/2022.
The regulations, published this Friday (13.05.2022/618/1997) in the Official Gazette, indicated that such technical guidelines for the specific merchandise and the respective tariff classifications were issued within the framework of the powers conferred to the DGA by Decree No. 204/2017 and Provision No. XNUMX/XNUMX.
