Chilean Customs to measure user satisfaction

The National Customs Service of Chile will carry out a Satisfaction Measurement Customs Agents and Users who have carried out procedures through the User Assistance and Support Office and who have used the benefit of the Disability Franchise.

According to the communication from the customs agency, the objective of this important survey is to learn more about the opinion of their strategic partners. The initiative, mandated by the Ministry of Finance, will be carried out by the Directorate of Social Studies of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (Desuc), and will be valid between the months of September and October of this year.

The agency indicated that "users and Customs Agents will receive an email or phone call, inviting them to be part of this Satisfaction Measurement." 

"This survey will allow us to understand your perception of our services and obtain valuable information to improve our institutional work and the quality of the services provided to our users," added Chilean Customs.
