Since last Friday (15.2.2019), exporting companies have the option of submitting requests for Extraordinary Extension and Compliance Without Penalty through the Remote Procedures (TAD) platform, in relation to the registration of Foreign Sales Affidavits of Law 21.453.
This is what the Agroindustry portfolio states on its website. The measure aims to advance the process of de-bureaucratization by avoiding the need to present the same requests in paper form at the agency's reception desk.
Paper is accepted until March 30th
Agroindustria will continue to accept paper orders until 30/03/2019. After that date, orders must be sent through the TAD platform. More information in https://tramitesadistancia.gob.ar/tramitesadistancia/tad-publico
It should be noted that previously, the possibility of generating DJVE corrections was implemented through SITA, a system under the AFIP, where it is no longer necessary to submit a note correcting the authorized fields; it is clarified that the system is working very well.
AFIP announced that exporters are authorized to document and formalize the DJVE with the María Kit with tax code 4. This allows exporters to register the DJVE without the intervention of a customs broker. More information at http://www.afip.gob.ar/registroAduanero/
This coordinated effort between the Undersecretariat of Agricultural Markets and the Ministry of Modernization simplifies the way in which procedures are carried out, allowing exporting companies to lower costs and streamline processes.
