President Donald Trump announced that he has begun talks with World Trade Organization Director-General Roberto Azevêdo on a change in structure of the organism.
Azevedo will travel to the US for negotiations, Trump said on Wednesday (22.01.2020) at a press conference to close his visit to the annual conference of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
"We are talking about a completely new structure for reaching agreements, we have to do something, but the World Trade Organization has been very unfair to the US for many, many years.,” Trump noted. He and Azevêdo are discussing something “very drastic"He assured.
