Tax Court declares April 30 as a non-working day for procedural purposes

-

The Tax Court establishes a non-working day for procedural purposes on April 30, 2019, according to the 4 / 2019 resolution.

The measure, published this Monday (13.5.2019) in the Official Gazette, explains that, "Given the forceful measures taken by various trade union organisations that day, which are of public and notorious knowledge, it is necessary to adopt measures to avoid harm to the litigants.«.

The official text "declares April 30, 2019 inoperative for procedural purposes, without prejudice to the validity of the acts that have been carried out".

The regulation, signed by the head of the National Tax Court, Ruben Alberto Marchevsky, will come into force on May 14, 2019.
