The National Tax Court will celebrate its 60th anniversary in 2020, according to the 71 / 2019 resolution.
The regulations, published this Friday (20.09.2019) in the Official Gazette, informs "thethe celebration of the Sixtieth Anniversary of the creation of the National Tax Court, on April 28, 29 and 30, 2020 at the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, located at Viamonte 1549, of the aforementioned city."
The Tax Court, dependent on the Ministry of Finance, was created by Law 15.265 with the The mission of conducting the proceedings and issuing judgments in all tax and customs disputes between the tax authorities and taxpayers., as well as dictating the complementary procedural rules that apply to the cases initiated before it
The resolution clarifies that the "independent and impartial action" of the special court "has consolidated the full validity of the rule of law, strengthening legal security and the ratification by the country of international treaties on the subject, safeguarding the fundamental rights enshrined in the National Constitution."
