Grain and seed producers in the certification process must report a series of data in the Simplified Agricultural Information System (SISA) before the end of February in order to be able to market their products without problems during the coarse grain harvest.
To this end, they must report to the Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) the following information from the 2018-19 Campaign: grain stock as of 31/08/18, surface area of grains destined for the fine harvest and surface area of grains destined for the coarse harvest.
The deadline for uploading information expires on February 28, 2019 and is done 100% online.

It is clarified that the systemic controls of SISA, for an operator or producer, do not prevent the producer who has debts with the AFIP from being able to access a STATUS 2.
SISA includes a “scoring” of producers and operators of the sector based on its tax compliance. Those who are qualified in status 1 will receive a full refund of VAT withholdings and will not be subject to Income Tax withholdings for grain sales operations.
